Dhundh rhi hu

Dhundh rahi hu khud ko kahin
Kho gae kahan pta nhi.
Dhundh rahi hu khud ko kahin
Kho gae kahan pta nhi.
Kho gaya gya hai sab kuch kahin
Milne ka koi nam nhi.
Dard to hai per dikhta nhi.
Kho ggya hai vo ehsas bhi kahin.

Dhundh rahi hu khud ko kahin
Kho gae kahan pta nhi.
Dard to aaj bhi bahut hai
Bas jakham hi hai jo dikhte nhi.

कितने ख्याल, कितनी बातें (Video)

love of the day

Hey friends, today I went to the park with my sweet doggy MATKI, she is very sweet. While walking I met this very cute doggy. He came to me, I scared to see him near me. But he was coming to me with love, I noticed that and I started rubbing his head and he rested on my lap. It was really amazing feeling.

Does Love Exist In This World?

Life Partner
Life Partner (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Hearing the news of one of the breakup of one of the popular married celebrity jodis and watching recent reality shows like Perfect Bride makes me wonder that how many people believe me in true love? I know I do for sure But then wondering what about the rest of our generation out there? Is it the attitude that 'tu nahi toh aur sahi?'. I was always inspired by films like DDLJ and Dil To Pagal Hai so I believe that there is only one person out there for us but it seems like many people today have the mentality of shopping for their life partner. What do you all think?

Is there only one person made out there for us? And how do we find that person? Is it by shopping around or do we know by instinct when we meet that person? What do you think of this mentality of tu nahi toh aur sahi? Does life and death exist in just loving one person anymore?

Looking forward to a healthy discussion and hearing your views

Make it real in your head

Every now and then I like to share a bit of a list-making frenzy with you. Actually, making lists is not my forte however today I am compelled to do so. I have decided that this year is the year it’s all happening and according to positive psychology and quantum physics the best way to make your dreams come true is to state them. Out loud, publicly and tell people. Make it real in your head. So here we go:

1. Tune into presence. All the time. Sit in my sweet spot and trust.
2. Read more books than last year…. (in process :D )
3. Learn Graphology
4. Spend a weekend in Rishikesh.  (Done)

5. Spend a month in Kashmir.
6. Write an e-book/ course.
7. Be a better friend. (Sometimes I am terrible at keeping in touch and showing how much I care …. I want to do so more.)
8. Get clear on what is important in my life and welcome people who share the same values.
9. Practice Hypnotism.
10. Go gently. Don’t be so hard on myself.
11. Practice the art of allowing.
12. Tune into my Past Life to know more about my current life. Ö (Done)
13. Acting in a short movie (ooppss this is also Done).
14. Practice Past Life Regression Therapy.
15. Stretch myself. Physically. Emotionally. Spiritually. Try new things.
16. Play with children.

17. Relax. Allow my body to fully relax.
18. Let go. Of control. Of knowing the outcome. Of expectations. Everything. I’m quite good with this but imagine how amazing life would be if I completely let go of trying to control it. If just showed up, did my part, shared my sparkle and let whatever may happen, happen. Wow! Just the idea blows my mind.
19. Don’t think too much.
20. Don’t think about what other people might think. It really doesn’t matter.
21. Have fun. All the time. (I do this anyway but there’s no harm in reminding myself.)
22. Have at least one afternoon/evening totally to myself per week. I need time alone to recharge.
23. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Don’t be afraid to fail. Move through and past those fears. Do it and see what happens. Either way it’s a wonderful learning experience.
24. Practice gratitude the moment my mind wanders into a realm of complaint. And any other time. It works so good and makes life amazing.

25. Communicate my feelings and thoughts more clearly. Face to face. In spoken words.
26. Have more real, deep and meaningful conversations. I hate small talk and mostly I just move away from it. Perhaps if I could engage people to communicate a little deeper I could stay in the conversations for longer.
27. Be more accepting of others. I’m an idealist. A philosopher. A dreamer. I expect everyone else to be this way too. But I realize they’re not. And that’s ok.
28. Have patience. With life. With outcomes. With myself. With others. Things often just need time.
29. Define exactly what I want my life to look and feel like. Get clear on it. Write it out and go live life on my own terms. Use my imagination and then go beyond even that. High aspirations. No expectations.
30. Tell all the people I admire, how and why I admire them. They inspire me and deserve to know so.
31. Write down my dreams as soon as I awake. Something magical might come out of them.
32. Go on a road trip without a destination in mind. Discover new and wonderful places.
33. Minimize my collection of belongings. Do I really need all those books and things? Less is more I say.
34. Expand my music collection. Open my ears to new and wonderful sounds. Try out something new.
35. Trust in the process of life. It is truly very amazing and magical, even when my mind tries to conjure up ridiculous ideas of defeat.
36. Go for Bungee Jumping.
37. Do a Professional Photo Suite.
38. Go for River Rafting

39. Meditate regularly.
40. Create a Magic Rock. (now I have it, it’s wonderful)
41. Purchase a Gautama Buddha Sculpture which I saw while meditating. (I have now this also)
42. Make search Books on Meditation. (oppss I purchased a book Meditations to heal your life by Louise L. Hay)

Tell me. Do you share any of these? What dreams are you going to fulfill this year?

A thought for Rameshwaram

Nothing special. Just the wish to write something.

I was looking for photos from Rameshwaram, when I came across this one. What good memories! Rameshwaram is a very special city, thanks to its concept, its creation and its symbolism. We have been fortunate to discover it with a guide who was really in love with this city and was able to make us share his enthusiasm.

Pamban Bridge
We are very grateful to him for sharing his passion with us. The Pamban Bridge is a cantilever bridge on the Palk Strait connects Rameswaram on Pamban Island to mainland India. It refers to both the road bridge and the cantilever railway bridge, though primarily it means the latter. It was India’s first sea bridge. It is the second longest sea bridge in India (after Bandra-Worli Sea Link) at a length of about 2.3 km.

City girl in Europe

This post has been published by me as a part of the Blog-a-Ton 31; the thirty-first edition of the online marathon of Bloggers; where we decide and we write. To be part of the next edition, visit and start following Blog-a-Ton. The theme for the month is 'Strangers in the Night'

Last week I went to meet my friend Vangelis who is a European guy, I met him in Delhi while attending one of my workshops. After that workshop he went to Thailand for another workshop. He came to Delhi last week only, and asked me to meet for a coffee.

As our plan we met at Khan Market Metro station, I saw him from back side he was in red top and green lower (very different type of dressing :)) and the coincident was I was also in same color. I wearied red kurti, green payjami with green duppta I dint noticed that but he noticed and said this to me. After that we went to a European restaurant and I was new in this kind of environment. I was lots of thoughts that “can able to adjust in this kind of atmosphere where alcohol and other drinks were serving like normal cold drinks and etc.”

Still I was with him and observing everything there, I can see lots of Europeans there, I was thinking like I am in between Strangers in the Night or I am not in India but in Europe. Their culture was very different from me, few Indians were also there but also modified like Europeans and these Indians and European were looking me like I was an escaped animal of a zoo just because of I was not fitting in the atmosphere, I was in fully in Indian traditional style and they all are in western.

There I met with his two friends also, they were waiting for him. One is a girl and another is boy. Girl was totally white and boy was also same but boy had long hair till his shoulder. They were talking and I was just observing the atmosphere and culture of western country. Boy was smoking continuously as well as drinking pomegranate juice regularly. I observed that both girl and boy were giving lots of face gestures while talking but in India especially male doesn’t do that.

Then I saw an Indian girl who was sitting alone in a corner and having a big cup of cold coffee and having a cigarette in her left hand and she was writing something in her big diary but she was the only girl who was in Indian style dress other than me.

In this entire situation we had our coffee as well as dinner also. He was busy in talking with her and mean while he introduced me to them and some time talking to me also. Like that my coffee meet it’s end with Strangers in the Night and he dropped me at khan market metro station. I was feeling like finally I came to India again.

What makes you happy ….

First of all I want to apologize for not being regular for writing at least I should write it twice a week but I could not.  I am very irregular on it just because I am very much focused on my career planning, as you all know I am a mental health counselor but know I want to work under some experienced counselors for some time for great confidence in me.

I tells you a story of me (very small), Once I was travelling by bus and don’t get seat. A girl offered to share her seat with me and I was listening music on my Ipod so I put my one headphone to her ear and she smiled. After few days I forget that girl but she met me again last month and she talked to me and that day I felt very good.

Many times you have listened the saying “we should enjoy each moment of our life “but we don’t know how we enjoy all small events of life. You can enjoy each day of your life if starts noticing your daily activity positively. Notice when you feel good (even for small activity) and try to remember it for at least for full day and I promise it will make your day wonderful.

Few days  back I had posted a  status "What makes you happy??" and you can read what I got in response. Every bodies desire is different. Some asked for money, for girl friends and some for career and friends.

Following are my list which makes my day happy:
  • +        When you smile to unknown person and he/she give it back.
  • +        A small talk with a close friend (although I know u never have small talk with close friend).
  • +        Even a talk with unknown in bus/metro or any public transport.
  • +        Listening your favorite music in office ;)
  • +        A small cup of tea/coffee with a friend for no reason.
  • +        Compliment by your boss
  • +        Feeling of happiness for no reason (like today I m feeling happy for no reason ;) )
  • +        When you are missing someone and suddenly get a call from same person.
  • +        Buy a gift for relatives/friends or for someone special (it can be small also or making it would be best)
  • +        Feeling of fallen in love (it could be self love also).
  • +        Going from somewhere to anywhere without any reason without asking anyone.

These are my list now you can make yours too.. now its your turn.. in my comment box you can share your list it can help me and other readers to make their new list. J

I'm angry with myself.

I don't know what to say. I'm angry with myself. I'm angry because I want to tell you so many things, I want to share with you my every thought but I know I can't. When I started to write this blog I was a blogging virgin, I had no idea what to do and for how long I will write. I had no idea of creating myself, neither of promoting my blog. I just knew I need to rid off couple of really bad emotions. Here I am 6 months later and I regret that I wasn't smarter and didn't think that I might adore blogging.
Today I wanted to tell you about my feelings and about some people in my life but I can't just because I am afraid that someone might read this post. Now I speak up my mind at some one's blog as commenting it. That's not what I wanted and what I want.

I should have been smarter and I should have used a completely new nickname, but I haven't been. I have never thought that I will have to think of what I can post and what I can't, but I know it's my fault and the only person I can blame for is me.

I love this blog, I love its look and I adore my blog which let me to express my feelings that I kept inside of me for a long time. I started to wonder that it wouldn't be such a bad idea of creating another blog just for me - anonymous me. The problem is the TIME. I can't have so many blogs and be active on each of them.
Just because I don't know what to tell you more...I attached this beautiful photos.

Simple steps transform your life............

Simple steps on how to transform your mind and be positive all the time

We all have the same brain, face problems in life, and come across obstacles and hurdles. Then why is that some people solve problems, overcome the obstacles and forge ahead and others become immovable, live a pathetic life and fade away in oblivion? It's all in the mind - THE BRAIN, if you believe you can solve problems YOU CAN. Then the million-dollar question is how do we do it? Follow these simple exercises and you will be amazed with what you can do.

Step #1

Transform your life..

Sit down with your hands on your thighs, take a deep breath and now count from 1 to 3 and say "I'm calm" I'm cool" "I'm relaxed" Think of something really good, it can be something that has happened or that you would like to happen. It can be wonderful date you had last night, or a fantastic vacation you going to have with your family or you are about to receive an award for your accomplishments in office. Fill your Brain completely with all the WONDERFUL things happened or about to happen. Now the colors brighter, the image bigger, bring it closure and turn the sound up louder. Notice what this does to your feelings. Doing this often will condition your subconscious mind to give you the feeling of those good things, because you always get more of what you focus on in life. For most people enhancing the size and colors of mental pictures does the same to the intensity of their feelings. Now try it the other way around with something mildly unpleasant.

Step #2

Sit down with your hands on your thighs, take a deep breath and now count from 1 to 3 and say "I'm calm" I'm cool" "I'm relaxed. Think of something undesirable happened or is about to happen. It can be a dressing down you received from your boss or a fight you had with your girl friend or you messed up your work. Picture this in your mind. Now make drain the color of this picture completely, make it so small that it can't be seen and move it off into a distance and throw it out in the universe. Open your eyes now take a deep breath and notice how you feel. It is interesting that by changing the images we see in our imagination we can literally change how we feel. It is all in the mind, if you program your mind with all positives and carry them forward in your life you will always have all positive things happening in your life. What you focus is what you get. So focus on only the positive and the outcome will be positive. And whenever you face problems follow this exercise and notice the difference you feel.

If you follow these simple STEPS and TUNE YOUR MIND, you will be more and more healthy, wealthy and happy and successful. Now use the above formula, practice to get the desired results in your life.

Bank Pass Book – Life is about correcting mistakes.

Hey friends.....while searching some important information I found a good story.... I thought to share with you people...

Riya married Hitesh one day. At the end of the wedding party, Riya's mother gave her a newly opened bank saving passbook. With Rs.1000/- deposit amount.

Mother: 'Riya, take this passbook. Keep it as a record of your marriage life. When there's something happy & memorable happened in your new life, put some money in. Write down what it's about next to the line.

The more memorable the event is, the more money you can put in. I've done the first one for you today. Do the others with Hitesh. When you look back after years, you can know how much happiness you've had.'

Riya shared this with Hitesh when getting home. They both thought it was a great idea & were anxious to know when the second deposit can be made.

This was what they did after certain time:

- 7 Feb: Rs.100, first birthday celebration for Hitesh after marriage
- 1 Mar: Rs.300, salary raise for Riya
- 20 Mar: Rs.200, vacation trip to Bali
- 15 Apr: Rs.2000, Riya got pregnant
- 1 Jun: Rs.1000, Hitesh got promoted
.... and so on...

However, after years, they started fighting & arguing for trivial things. They didn't talk much. They regretted that they had married the nastiest people in the world.... no more love...Kind of typical nowadays, huh?

One day Riya talked to her Mother:

'Mom, we can't stand it anymore. We agree to divorce. I can't imagine how I decided to marry this guy!!!'

Mother: 'Sure, girl, that's no big deal. Just do whatever you want if you really can't stand it. But before that, do one thing first. Remember the saving passbook I gave you on your wedding day? Take out all money & spend it first. You shouldn't keep any record of such a poor marriage.'

Riya thought it was true. So she went to the bank, waiting at the queue & planning to cancel the account.
While she was waiting, she took a look at the passbook record. She looked, & looked, & looked. Then the memory of all the previous joy & happiness just came up her mind. Her eyes were then filled with tears. She left & went home.

When she was home, she handed the passbook to Hitesh, asked him to spend the money before getting divorce. The next day, Hitesh gave the passbook back to Riya. She found a new deposit of Rs.5000. And a line next to the record: 'this is the day I notice how much I've loved you thru out all these years. How much happiness you've brought me.'

They hugged and cried, putting the passbook back to the safe.
I don't know how much they saved .I believe the money did not matter any more after they had gone thru all the good years in their life. "When you fall, in any way, don't see the place where you fell, Instead see the place from where you slipped.

Life is about correcting mistakes."

♥ My daily note to myself

Some time ago I decided that I want and I need a change in my life, that I need something more from life for my own good. Well in the moment I decided I need a transition I was making a plan how to do it. Everything is good while it's written on a paper, sometimes life isn't as sunny as we wish it could be.

So I was looking for this extra thing that could make me smile when I feel low from time to time or when it's all fine and than you get a call or you have a meeting that change your mood from positive to negative.

I decided that I am responsible for my life and I am responsible for my mood. I wanted to be happy, cheerful, powerful and positive all the time. The best thing to keep me "all smiles" is when someone is kind to me and speaks to me in a positive way. I wanted a daily reminder to tell me all those amazing things.

On my Iphone I wrote a note to myself. It shows up each day at noon.

"You are beautiful and amazing. You deserve love, joy and happiness!
You are making your dreams come true girl. Work harder.
Keep your mind clear. Love you! Your best friend Deva"

You can't even imagine how many times it shifted my emotions from negative to positive. I encourage you to try it!  All the best Lovers!

Romantic Trip with twists.

Today again I am writing another romantic moment of my life. Yes!!! Very romantic and also this was full of twists too. We (me and my hero) went to Nainital for one day trip. I went there earlier too and shared that experience with you in one of my blog months ago and I hope you all liked that too.

We reached Kathgodam in the morning; Kathgodam is small city in Uttarakhand but full of crowd. We get refreshed and took breakfast at Kathgodam, then planned to go to our main destination Nainital. I can say Nainital is very romantic in nature, I think if an arranged marriage couple comes here for their honeymoon surely nature of Nainital make them rise in love with each other.

We took bus for Nainital, but the view of that way was very romantic so I told my hero that I want to walk for a while in this romantic path. I said I came here so many times but alone :( and every time I felt you should be with me, so he agreed to walk for a while in that romantic path. We came out of the bus and start walking on the road.

romantic trip with twist
You Me and Rain

Now you can also imagine the view through my eyes…Just imagine a road which is surrounded by green forest, one side big hills and on other hand dens cliff and weather is foggy. You don’t think that is fully romantic weather?? hmmmmm, I guess you would say “Yes!! True…” . In that too much romantic whether we both were walking. After a long walk we found a waterfall, I am very fascinated for water and this was a real waterfall. I told my hero my desire to go in waterfall and he said yes for that. I went in waterfall and enjoyed a lot and he took lots of pics of me and views too. After one hour we came out of that and now we want to take bus for Nainital.

Now few twist started taking place in this romantic situation, we were standing on road side for bus but after one hour we dint get any bus for Nainital and surprisingly rain started. My hero is with me in this romantic place and according to me rain is also very romantic and our trip becomes fully romantic after rain. Rain was very heavy and weather was already so cold.

Just Imagine a boy and a girl in a romantic place with add on advantage of romantic whether and rain. No traffic, no people around them, no one to see us. Isn’t it so much Romantic??? Rain started heavily and my hero did something very innocent he took my dupatta and covered his head. I felt something inside my heart…yeah!!!! I felt I wanted to hold his face and I wanted to take the advantage of his innocence and kiss him but I stopped myself but I really he was looking very innocent.

Eventually a bus came we rushed to that because we don’t know when next will come. This bus was going to Bhimtal so we decided to go there because we don’t know when next bus will come. Even after taking for Bhimtal We dint reach there L we reach then touch the soul of that place and we took some refreshment and return back to our lodge J because we were not feeling well after this journey. After reaching lodge we took medicines and get back to Delhi and like that our Romantic trip ended. We went to visit Nainital and even after reaching Bhimtal could not able to see that too.

♥ how to make your dreams come true

I love to read books and my favorite subject is “LAW OF ATTRACTION”, MEDITATION and I have read so many on law of attraction like You Can Heal Your Life, The Power Of Your Sub Conscious Mind, and The Secrete. I wrote earlier also about making small changes in your life and now I am writing about ♥ how to make your dreams come true from review of all books which I have read yet. Even I told my hero to do this on regular basis so that we will get marry soon ♥.

dream come true
make your dream come true

When you have a vision and you act as if that vision were already here, you create not only the necessary expertise, but you literally become your own miracle worker. If you believe that you could never head up such an undertaking because 'you don't have the necessary training, credentials, experience,' or whatever, then that is what you will act upon. Begin to act as if you were that expert, even if you have to fool yourself in the beginning. If you have enough belief in yourself, and you are ready, the teacher will appear and you will plunge right in and create the credential that you need to get the job completed.

Great People.. Love You All :)
